Rest while you can girl - trust me I’m on my second pregnancy and have a 2 year and I’m struggling. Look after yourself - you’ve got this 🥰

@Chloe thank you that helps alot 🥹💕

Had my baby girl 2 months ago. Rest, enjoy your journey, don’t stress about birth, yeah it’s not fun but you’ll forget the moment you have your baby in your arm, is so true, I was screaming “I don’t want to do it anymore” and 1 hour after had my little one “I want do it again” 😂 so really your body is made for this. Try to go for walks have fresh air, keep your friendship as much as you can, pregnancy can feel lonely sometimes but you’re not alone, many other woman are going through the same things. Go for your baby moon if you can. Don’t overbuy so many clothes. Don’t be to fussy at things but let them go naturally. Nausea, if you’ll have, will go away by the 12 weeks in most cases. Try have dry snacks with you.

Make pic of your bum. I regret I didn’t like my body changing. In reality It was so sweet.

Well, this advice isn’t too fun, but I started to feel really nauseous all the time around 6-7 weeks. So some things that helped: Keeping my stomach full even when I felt queasy. If I let myself get hungry, I would feel queasier. I lived on pretzels with peanut butter and whatever else I could tolerate. Taking B6 and unisom as recommended by my dr. Chewing gum too! At 19 weeks now, I’m happy to say the nausea is gone! New advice at 19 weeks: buy the maternity leggings/clothes even if your bump seems too small. I have been slightly uncomfortable in all my pants the last two weeks. Finally got a few maternity dresses and leggings from target yesterday and I feel so much comfier. It’s a great relief and fun to embrace the bump at this stage. I also struggled a bit with anxiety about my little one’s health first trimester, and found that some deep breathing/meditation videos on YouTube and surrounding myself with the right people really helped. Congratulations ❤️❤️

Girl I’m about to give you the best advise for any kind of pregnancy you may have (HOLD ON and enjoy the ride) whether it be great, scary, tiresome, regardless just hold on stay positive stay positive stay positive. Everybody has different pregnancies so this is the best one advice fits all you can get. Everyone isn’t going to get a baby bump around the same time, everyone won’t get big, everyone won’t get sick, everyone won’t have a positive outcome, everyone won’t have a negative experience, your experience is YOUR experience so enjoy YOUR ride

But if you do get sick keep ginger root on hand put it in your water, juice it and make a tea from it, buy the real ginger candy because ginger does help but it’s not a cure it’s not going to take it away u fortunately. The vitamins the Dr prescribe are ok but high end vitamins have always helped me feel better in terms of energy and sickness. I used pink stork (love love love them) and Mary Ruth’s. Not cheap but again a huge difference. Just look at both their sites.

@Micaela thank you! I have been havin Nauseous feelin and tiredness lol

@Ashley Yess i Struggle on my anxiety since 2023 may. But now ive stoped taking lexapro hoping itll go away and wont hurt the baby. Bjt thats the onlything i struggle is my anxiety.

@Davida imma soooo try that bottle!

Don't compare your pregnancy or your child's growth (after giving birth) to anyone else's experience. Babies all grow differently and pregnancies are all different. My first one I could barely get work done and function. My second pregnancy I worked out until my water broke. Pregnant with my third and so far I am super tired and not very productive. It's ok to feel like you need rest. Just listen to your body.

Also want to add, do not be afraid to advocate for yourself. If you feel something is off and Dr's or nurses brush you off, it's ok to speak up.

@Heather great advise!!! Because they will overlook everything you say if you let them

Nap nap nap. Don't buy every little baby gadget because you have no idea which ones your little one will like, and they go through everything so fast the first 6 months. Buying secondhand is great because most of it's barely even used if at all. Exercise as much as you can for as long as you can; it will make delivery and recovery much easier. If your anxiety is super bad, there are meds that have been around a long time and are considered safe during pregnancy. Don't let every horror story or problem some else has scare you - CALL YOUR OB'S OFFICE! They will have advice specific to YOU unlike anyone on the internet and there are no stupid/silly questions, they have heard them all and they understand. You got this.

Taking the birthing classes and touring the hospital when it’s time really helped with labor. I’m on my third baby I’m 5 weeks pregnant right now and I did birthing classes with my second baby and it really helped learning how to breath. Give yourself grace. If you feel lazy or you think your doing nothing to help around the house just keep telling yourself your making a whole human and you need rest. Also the first trimester is rough but the second trimester is usually better for a lot of women, everyone is different. But the horrible symptoms now will get better I promise. You got this! 💕
