I want to get a friend a gift

That’s a really sweet idea, I think it depends on the person, I’m 3 miscarriages in and all I want now is chocolate to eat my feelings. She just needs to know you are there and you understand

I have a friend who sent me a little self care box through the post when I told her about my 2nd early miscarriage. It had things like a bar of chocolate, a couple of nice tea bags, face mask and some soft socks in. Honestly it made me cry so much but in a good way. I'd say it definitely helps and think its a lovely idea. It was just nice to have someone acknowledge that although it's early it still means something and I'll never forget the babies I lost.

This is a nice idea and I had a couple of friends send me stuff but would suggest not flowers, maybe a candle of some chocs
