How will I know when the depo injection has worn off/out my system? I haven only ever had 1 shot which was back in April 2023!

It completely stops you from getting pregnant for 3 months but it can take up to a year for your fertility to be back to normal so your fertility should have returned to normal 4 months ago x

When you get pregnant 😂 I'm joking You need to go back every 3 months, so just make sure it's on your calendar. Everyone is different so it could 4 to 6 months to get yourself back to normal

Doesn't it only last 3m? When trying to conceive, the general advice is that it can take up to 12m for your fertility to return to normal after stopping hormonal birth control.
