Work from home and baby

I am a FTM. Resuming work next month, I will be working from home but will have to attend few video calls a day. Any tips or tricks how to manage?

Try to get baby to sleep before hand

He sleeps through the night and takes cat naps during day.

I'm going back next month and I wfh. I've had to put him into day care for 3 days a week and my partner will move work around to take him for the other 2. I can't see another way round it for us as LO doesn't nap, and if he does it is just cat naps!

It's hard, but I managed with 2U2 BUT my boss was aware of this and fine about it. It's risky to do it if they haven't agreed to it
