Has anyone started collecting colostrum?
If so how much are you getting? I’ve tried in the last week and got 4 full syringes so far.
I just don’t know how much people get in total, do I keep going or is that enough?

I've been alternating days and have 8ml from the last 10 days or so. Just in case I can't get baby to latch. I saw something that recommended 5-10ml? But varies depending where you look. I have 7 more syringes to full so figured I might as well fill them all 🤷🏻♀️
I've got about 18 syringes over last few weeks, I had a couple from the midwife and bought a pack then figured I might as well use them up as I don't think I'll need them again afterwards... 😅
I’ve got 60ml so far and will keep going until I go into labour. I do use a pump though which makes a huge difference for me as I got nothing by hand expressing.

So I got 20ml in total and I’ll be honest, my little girl has taken to feeding like a treat and I didn’t use any. I’ll give it to her when she’s poorly in the future ☺️
