What’s everyone doing with regard to going back to work. I’ve got until the end of this month to let my employer know but I’m still so undecided. I’m also self employed so will still have money come in, just not enough at the moment to cover all costs 🤦🏼♀️

I'm going back end of October full time 😥
I'm back middle of October and my work have agreed on a 4 day week
Going back at the start of October 3 days a week 25.5 hours. Dreading it but weighing up spending time with baby girl and giving her the best life possible. The balance is so hard 💔

Going back mid September and really not wanting to! But just can’t afford to not go back so whilst the guilt is real I don’t have a choice x
Desperate to not go back 😓 my mat leave ends this month but I’m going to use accumulated holiday and possibly take some unpaid leave until he’s a year
