Good luck everyone I’m on my second round doing my first frozen transfer in a few weeks
@Julie (jay) we are doing a frozen transfer as well but probably won't be til the first week of October because of the PGT-A testing.
Did anyone have the hatch thing they do to the embryo on their frozen transfer?
I've just had a call from our ivf clinic to say they have received out referral could anyone share what I should expect in terms of appointments and treatment plans please
@Melissa obviously every protocol is different. I only have so much of my treatment plan right now as things change as the cycle progresses. They have me on BC for suppression but I know that use other meds as well. I'm on BC for 19 days. The day after my last BC pill I'll go in for my baseline appointment and 3 days later start stims. I have 4 days as of right now at a certain dosing of meds and then once I got in for monitoring they will probably change the dose. Stims is usually 10-14 days and then you'll trigger and within 36 hours you have your retrieval. For us we are doing the PGT testing so we will be doing a frozen transfer.
Thank you for your help. When do you start BC. I got a call from them start of the week and they said they'd like to get me in for next week. I was thinking for consultation but also really hoping we could get moving and my start treatment next cycle but my periods due on 24th so I don't think it's looking possible
@Melissa I started BC on the CD 3 (8/7) for 19 days. I'll have my premed/baseline appointment the day after my last pill and then 3 days later I'll start stims...we had our ivf consult in the middle of my previous cycle before I started BC.
