Don’t lose hope I was trying for 18 months I thought I will never get pregnant and my doctor was like oh sorry your over weight your AMH almost gone and blah blah but got after three months without any medication 😊

Me and my partener weren't trying but were not trying and i had a miscarriage, a year later we got pregnant and im now 21 weeks,i didnt think i could have babies and every time i got my period i just thought i was the problem but i have spoke to a few doctors and they say sometimes trying can put a lot of stress on yourself that you dont need so just dont try and itll happen when it happens,

It took about 17 months before we managed to conceive (1 missed miscarriage at 7 weeks and 1 chemical miscarriage in that time). Don't know for sure but I think being really hydrated helped me, I kept drinking loads of water in the month I got pregnant. That or maybe it was the homeopathic remedy I tried that month - pulsatilla. Or maybe it was being more relaxed having been told I'd finally been referred for fertility investigations/help. Will probably never know for sure, I'm about 10 weeks pregnant at the moment, hoping this one sticks it out! I'll probably drink tons of water if we try for a second child in case it was that

From a coping perspective I was really frustrated and kept overthinking everything I'd done each month that might have meant it wasn't successful. For me the idea that I was doing everything I could helped... Vitamins, getting in touch with doctors as soon as they'd listen and having blood tests and semen analysis. (They didn't find anything, and said most couples will never find out why it's taken them longer. But they did eventually refer me to a fertility unit, but that's when I conceived naturally)
