Anyone else really struggling ?
I’m having trouble with toddler being very upset and difficult to settle over the last few days. It could be her being overtired, her tooth is coming through, terrible twos, testing boundaries, I don’t know 😭 Up until Saturday we were doing great but I feel like I don’t even know how to calm her atm 😭

@Cece I hate the phrase too! I cuddle her but she takes so long to settle! It’s very difficult. I’m looking after her today and I’m so worried about how it’s going to go. She wouldn’t have a nap on Monday and that was a really bad day!
@Cece it must be hard with a baby too! How my toddler is at the moment is making me really worried for when my baby is due in November!
Some days are worse than others, it is hard though I'm not going to lie. My daughter hasn't had daytime naps since about January so I'm used to that. If I think she desperately needs one then we go for a drive as it will help her to fall asleep.

Yes, everything results in hysterics at the moment. I wasn't sure if it's the start of the terrible twos (I hate that phrase) or because I also have a 6 week old baby so wasn't sure if it was the transition of gettings used to a new baby being here. Although she adores her brother and plays, sings and wants to hold him all day. Maybe it's a combination of the two. I just try to acknowledge her feelings of why she is upset and ask her to try and explain to me the problem so I can help if I can. If not to offer lots of hugs and tell her I understand. There are a lot of tears in my house at the moment between my two babies!!
