When did everyone first get contacted by the midwife?

Hey! I’m 7 weeks today and I had a call from my midwife yesterday to book me in for my first appointment on Aug 29th. She said she would book in my dating scan at that appointment xx

Before I heard from her, I spoke to my doctors about how long it should take to hear anything and she said if it gets to 9 weeks, to call up the hospital and chase. I’m sure you’ll hear soon! 🤞🏼

I got my booking appointment a few days after I referred online. Had it today at 8+1 and she booked my scan for me whilst I was there 😊 they've changed it all since I had my son a few years ago and all of my appointments will be written on a card each time I have one. So at my 12 week scan they will book my 20 week one.

I did a self referral when I found out at 5 weeks and got a call the next day to book my first appointment in at 9 weeks which I had yesterday - I’d chase them up as they should be seeing you in between 8 & 10 weeks for your initial booking appointment where they take bloods and get a history etc x

Hey babe, I self referred myself when I was 5 weeks and I’m 10 weeks tomorrow and have only just been contacted!! Got a home visit on Saturday!!!

Just got a text from the midwife with my appointment for the 21st 😊

My hospital does it via an app and they made a booking within a couple days on the app x

I did a self-referral online 3 weeks ago and a few days later got SMS inviting for midwife appointment. I have mine in a few days at exact 9 weeks (according to LMP)
