Labour notes

Sorry to jump on the post.. how do you go about doing this?

@Jade I’ve emailed this email address requesting them and just put some details in like my name, date I gave birth, nhs number, my phone number, my date of birth and I put a picture of my driving license on there as well as I’ve heard they need proof of identification. sath.rfi@nhs.net

If you have the badger app you can see all your notes on there x

Think you click on postnatal notes and it’ll give you a list of things, like I’ve got how long my stages of labour were, baby’s obs, my obs x

Hi @Megan, I requested mine back in March and I’m still waiting, they did say they are working through a backlog due to staffing issues so there would be some delay.

I've read the notes they put on the badger notes app.

hey i sent my email off with the attached form with all details etc on the 28th may. i received my notes in the post on the 7th august. i did receive a letter that said they are experiencing a back log but to know they’re working through it xx
