Braces transfer.
So what are you supposed to do when you and your insurance both paid off on your braces but your orthodontist is injured so they want you to transfer dentists and they don’t plan to reimburse you all the way for the new orthodontist? Do I need a dental lawyer or something?

They gave me my money back without me even having to ask but if they refused I would’ve def got a lawyer
@Gillian was it a full refund or partial? How long were you in the braces?
