Night sweats!
I don’t know if it’s the heat, but I’ve had the worst night sweats over the last couple of nights and ended up coming on my period this morning (I don’t track anymore as I’ve got the Mirena coil) - just wondered if anyone else has had the same 6 months pp?

I got horrendous night sweats in the lead up to my period. Presuming it's hormones but it never happened before I had my baby. I'd literally wake up soaked and so uncomfortable. Now 7mo PP and it seems to have eased this last time so I'm hoping it will for you too. Afraid I've not a solution but just to say you're not alone! Xx
@Sally thank you! It’s the first time I’ve had it too so wondered if it was hormone related and hoping it’ll ease next time my period rolls around!

I am sweating so much at the moment 🥵 I’m thinking it’s just the heat as I’ve always struggled with the heat at night, but at the same time I really struggled with the night sweats pp. I’m going to give it a few weeks and see if it eases when it goes a bit cooler 🙏🏻
