What do you do for childcare?

I’m starting to research my options for childcare and I’m curious to know what local moms are doing/planning to do for their babies. Do you nanny? Daycare? How much are you spending? I plan to go back to work once baby is 4 months. I would love to find a small in home daycare but not sure if that exists around here..
