late on the implant

heyyy! i’ve just had my daughter 5 months ago and got the implant fitted i was bleeding ever since i had it every 14 days now i’m 4 days late, i have cramps and white discharge, this is what i was like before i found out i was pregnant with my daughter! Helpppp!!!!
