Potty training

I've started and it's going great, we're coming up on 4 weeks, we're following the "Oh Crap" book, I highly recommend it. In the book she mentions that it's not about if they're ready, but if they're capable, and they're capable of so much more than we often give them credit for.

Yep, just finished with my daughter. She is still having a lot of poop anxiety that we are dealing with, but is fully daytime and nap trained. She has been showing interest, telling us she has to go etc for a while.

@Jessica That’s great; my daughter is almost ready but still wears them for naps because I heard they just cant developmentally hold it in their sleep which was apparently wrong! How did you go about training for naps?

@Amadea I went off something from Andrea Olson's early potty training guide (we didn't use it in general but had looked into it a few months ago) that said to use diapers for naps and sleep for two weeks after starting potty training and then look at stopping. After a week+ she was waking up dry almost every time. I still gave it more than 2 weeks but now stopped for naps. I know that's not a very good answer because I'm sure every kid is different!!
