Hey, also try to include wholegrains at every meal. Studies have indicated 48g daily can help improve implantation rate. Wishing you all the best!

Absolutely nothing. I had one cup of instant coffee in a morning, had takeaways, I drank alcohol (only 2 gins) the day before my period on the transfer that worked. I had a cold milkshake straight after the transfer. It’s all old wives tales and circumstantial evidence aka a few people ate that and it worked so now it’s “linked” in a study. So unless your clinic specifically recommend it, then as long as you’re eating a good balanced diet most of the time you’ll be fine. The embryo is either going to stick or it isn’t. Eating a pineapple core ain’t going to change that. As much as people would have you believe. IVF is hard, don’t stress yourself eat the cake and relax. Best of luck.

I ate plenty of 🥑 🍍 but like @Danielle said I'm not sure it actually does make a difference and you shouldn't feel bad for having something you enjoy. Best of luck 💚 x

I drank lots of Pom juice

Drink lots of fresh pomegranate juice / beetroot juice, Specially watermelon, little bit ginger and beetroot juice during tww have this start from day one definitely help for implantation. Stay very active during tww time I mean walk a lot. From day to day 5 eat pineapple like one pineapple cut in 5 slices and eat one with core till day 5 of tww. But continue watermelon juice till tww complete. Definitely eat avocado. Before transfor eat lots of pineapple core and pomegranate juice

Best of luck 🤞

Has any one heard about fizzy drinks being bad?

@Nabs thank you, has this worked for you?

I didn't change my diet, except no alcohol which I rarely drink anyways. And my first FET worked
