Duvet?

Not a duvet as I don’t trust my son not to go under it and suffocate however we put a pillow under his sheet in his coat so it wouldn’t move and he’s slept better ever since x

Lullaby Trust recommends 18 months minimum for these items

We introduced a baby pillow at 11months. She self settles and goes to sleep on her own with a pillow and it’s the only thing that works! She’s always refused dummies or comforters and it works well for us. Baby pillows are small and breathable, I’m not ready to leave her with a blanket unsupervised yet.

I have introduced a duvet type however it's a coverless one I tuck it all around tbe sides of the mattress and under neath and only have it up to about his knees x

My little girl is 1 and we haven’t done yet. One of the main reasons being she doesn’t stay in one place in her cot at night. She moved around all the time so I think it would restrict her and I would worry she would suffocate x
