How to do EC with a tiny wiggler?

I have an almost 3 week old who gives pretty good cues for poops, so I'd like to try EC. But the other night when I was about to offer the training potty we have (for the first time), she was wiggling too much and I was afraid we'd end up with a mess all over the hardwood floor. Any suggestions for how to do EC with wigglers?

I know some people use the sink or the bathtub at the beginning. Also an option to do while breastfeeding.

@Annie what does doing it while breastfeeding look like?

I used a changing table mat under the potty or a puppy mat when traveling. It takes a bit to figure out how to hold them. The go diaper free book had some good tips on ways to hold. I usually had the potty between my legs and the baby's back up against my stomach while I was holding the thighs.

@Jamila I don't remember very well. I read a book called "go diaper free" at the time and it had images of all the different positions you can do it. I believe the breastfeeding position was over the sink while breastfeeding. I have never tried it because I started at 6ish months.

Cradle hold over the sink. Just hold them as you normally would a newborn but lifting legs up and holding bootie over the sink, bowl etc
