I rarely take my regular prenatal but I always take folic acid. The only prenatal I could take due to allergies is very hard for me to take

The baby hates it so much that if I smell mint now …I will throw up. I can’t stomach it. I need to find something else maybe a gummy

@Esther I wish I could find gummies but I have too many allergies

Oh geez so maybe just getting what you need from certain food or fruits maybe ?

I had to stop taking them, they made me so sick omg, now I just eat lots of salads and leafy greens throughout the day and other stuff with folic acid. And just a multivitamin.

I had to switch the smell and taste of my old ones made me sick. I finally found some that doesn’t have dyes in it and no taste or smell

@Emma that’s sounds so healthy…I need some junk in the mix

@Bailey what’s it called ?

@Esther I was on pink stork but couldn’t do it now I just take the one a day with no dues

I hate my giant prenatal pills 💊 just got prescribed prenatal gummies lifesaver

I take them as often as I can tolerate, but it’s definitely not daily. I do try to at least take Choline and Folate:

@Alessandra I take their 35+ prenatal and it makes me nauseated sometimes. 😔

Oh, I’m sorry. Try taking them at night! I only take them right before I go to sleep. @Eliza so I never ever had any issues.

@Jazmin I’m doing gummies now too

@Alessandra thanks ! I’ll look it up 🫶🏽
