Mucinex method

I just want to say I had went almost 5 years without getting pregnant (no condoms, no bc, nothing) and both times I used the mucinex method I ended up pregnant the first try!! It works y’all. First pregnancy ended in a MC now pregnant w my rainbow baby and over the moon!!!

I don't know how the original poster did it. But I used it every night during my fertile window and it worked. It thins out your cervical mucus and makes it easier for the swimmers to swim

I tried it and unfortunately didn’t work for me ):

@Diana I’m not sure how others used it but personally I took it 2/3 days before ovulation twice a day morning and night. Then 2 days post ovulation! I also wore a soft disc for 12 hours after sex to keep sperm close to the cervix!

@Krystle Omg thank you so much and when did you wear the disc ? Everytime after sex ? I will definitely be trying

@Diana I wore it the day before my peak and the day of peak! That way it gave the sperm time to get where it needed to be before I ovulated! Immediately after I put it in so no sperm leaked out! I really think it helped out a lot on top of the mucinex making my CM easier for sperm to move through.
