Baby has some blood on mouth

Hi all, I have no idea how but my 10 month old suddenly has some blood from his mouth. I didn't see him hit his mouth while playing. Could it be from teeth? He has 3. I will see if I have to go to the doctor but wondering if anyone experienced the same. Thanks 🙏🏻

He probably bit his lip or tongue. Unless it’s oozing blood for a long time, there’s no need to go to the doctor, it will heal itself!

Mine had scratched the top of his mouth with his nails as they were slightly long. He keeps putting his hands in his mouth

It's definitely not oozing. But I'm freaking out and wondering if sonething happened to his tooth or gums.

Mine has bumped her mouth the tiniest bit this week and made it bleed a couple of times. I think the gums are sensitive where teeth are coming through.
