@Hayley can I ask has it mainly been like help with housework or has there been an emotional support/education component? I guess my concern is that I don’t know what I’m doing as a first time mum and don’t have local family support.

@Juliette definitely emotional support and education too. She will really tailor it to what you would like/need. She can provide support with breastfeeding and baby care or if it is better scope she can help to link you with resources or other professionals like lactation consultants if you need it 🙂

Jasmine from the Bayside Doula is amazing. She has made my post partum experience in the 4th trimester so much more enjoyable. She is trained in post partum Massage too. I'm pretty sure she would travel to north Brisbane.
