Antenatal number - no one answers!
Has anyone tried the antenatal number at Preston hospital? I’ve rang 40 TIMES today and no one picks up or it’s busy - but don’t see how it’s busy when no one answers! I’ve been trying to call for a week now to change an appointment and I’m at a complete loss of what to do! Other than just not turning up which I don’t want to do, i don’t see any other option! Anyone else experience this?

@Sophie I tried that and no one answered that either! The gynaecology dept is the same it’s just so infuriating!! 😭
Could you maybe contact your community midwife and see if they can sort it on their end?
@Jess I don’t have a direct number but I’ll see if I can get one from my gp I rang my doctors and the midwife booking team and neither of them could do it - she said it needs To be antenatal
@Be it’s honestly ridiculous. I wonder if it would be worth nipping in if you’re only in longridge
