Omg congratulations! How did the induction go? Does it hurt. Just learned about that today. Sounds like it took 1 1/2 days to fully get it going ? My doctor might want me to do it, any advice you have if you’re not overwhelmed right now. Or when your home and have a free moment. No pressure on getting back asap on this
@Vanessa Gestational hypertension. Had it with my first unfortunately. Gotta love having hbp. I have it even when I'm not pregnant. My first was also born 3 weeks early from induction.
@Jacquelyn they do different things depending on if you are dilated or what you and baby can tolerate. My first they used the Foley Balloon and had me on pitocin drip almost instantly. This induction, they had me taking a pill every 4 hours for 24 hours or so and that is what got me dilated to 3cm and then they put me on the pitocin drip. After that the contractions started up and my water broke on its own. And then I got the epidural. Not long after that baby boy came 😊
