Nesting

Anyone else starting to nest? Literally had zero energy through first trimester then up to 23 weeks then woke up on Sunday with an overwhelming urge to start nesting. My house is now the cleanest it’s been in months and I’ve got all my bigger boy’s new born stuff down from the loft to start organising! 😅 I wasn’t like this until the third trimester last time which was great because it meant everything managed to stay clean and organised until the baby was here but I absolutely will not be able to keep this up until November! 🙈

Awww it’s my first and I have started as I buy bits

I really feel the need to but A) I’m too damn hot 🥵 B) we are waiting to pass all our girl stuff onto my brother and our single pushchair which is taking up most of our twins room at the moment C) I’m still working and literally barely have time to do the basics 🙈 4 weeks left of work and counting!!

My mind set tells me there’s so much to do for nesting…. But I am Low energy and tired. So I don’t think the instinct has kicked in yet for me. I’m 23 weeks!

I get urges yes! Especiallt since this is my second, i am desperate to be all organised for both kids. But we are in the process of buying a property which we won't get the keys until September so I'm just like... what's the point haha. It's actually crippling me though

@Ceri-Ann to be fair I do have this week off of work so maybe I just have more energy because of that😅 I’ve stopped doing as much today though because of the heat - it’s got a bit much!

@Natty I know exactly what you mean my energy levels were nonexistent until this week! Hopefully you won’t feel as tired in the next few weeks ❤️ the pregnancy exhaustion is horrible!

@Rebecca oh my goodness! Good luck with the move - I hope it all goes smoothly I know how stressful it can be!
