Hi! Sperm can survive in the uterus for up to 5 days, so doing the bd every other day from 5 days before ovulation can increase chances of conception. I hope that helps!
@Samantha that’s why day before and two days before ovulation are peak highest chances. Day of ovulation especially with estimating is cutting it fine. I’m using a sperm donor, and all the other women using one we all will get out donation first day of a positive lh test. Has been successful Among us for years that way.

We BD 2 days before then 1 day before but didn’t on ovulation day and we were successful that cycle. They say there’s actually a higher chance if there’s sperm waiting for when you do ovulate x
