I’ll be totally honest I had serious gender disappointment at first and it took me a few days to get my head around it. But now I just picture how I felt when I first held my little boy in my arms and all those feelings go away! I hope you get your little girl but try not to be too disappointed if you don’t :). Aw it’s a lovely name but a close family friend has an Alfie. It’s so hard to choose names 🙈x
What about albie for a boy? Kind of short version of Albert
Is Alba not a gender neutral name? Ari is cute 🥰 if you like the A’s think Arlo is also nice. I found it hard to like any boy names I have a girl but I had a few on a list haha Roman, Teddy, Harlyn, Oscar, Archie & Reuben x
Freddie goes nicely with Marley? Or something like Albert would be a nice nod to your original girl name Alba. Luke or George maybe? x
@Lauren I wouldn’t say so I would say it’s more feminine. I loved Reuben but my partners friends little boy has the same name. It’s so hard!🤣x

Omggggg I thought I was having a boy and ended up being a girl!!! Had the same problem loool! The names I LOVE is Brody, super unique! Oax, Oakleigh, Arlo, Roman or Romeo.

Me and my boyfriend were convinced we were having a girl but I think it’s more the name we were obsessed with (it was going to be either Stevie or Delilah) as I can’t imagine expecting a girl now! We’re having a baby boy called Lennon and he’s due in the next couple of weeks! Alma is a gorgeous name! So is Marley. I think Noah goes quite nicely.

Omg I loveeee Stevie for a girl 😭 ( big fleetwood mac fan) Lennon is a lovely name. Reminds me of the Beatles I also really loved Jude but I know a few Jude’s. Congratulations lovely x
@Hannah yes finally I do😂 took ALOT of convincing to my partner but we got there in the end lol! Just super hard finding a name that’s original/unique these days lol xx
