Job Ideas

I need some ideas for a job I can do after my full time job. I’m about to be a single mom and I’m getting my own house here soon and need more money but I don’t want to work 2 full time jobs. I work 8-5 M-F. I thought about door dash or baby sitting but I’m just not too sure.

I’d probably do babysitting because you’d make more and it would probably be a job that’s more likely to allow you to bring your kid with you

You could also clean houses. It’s great money and depending on your clients, you may be able to bring your kid(s) with you if they wouldn’t interfere with your work.

My mom is about to open up an in home daycare so I’m helping her with that because I have all my credentials for childcare etc (cpr/child development etc) :)) I also found her a cpr/first aid class she can take in 2 hours rather then once a week for 4-5 weeks long at a community college like she was planning to. I’d say the babysitting would be great, but some parents are a little stingy with bringing your child to houses etc so I recommend if you do the babysitting route to do it from home. So it’s easier. :) DoorDash is hard if you don’t have the extra set of hands to help. Having to take your baby in the restaurants/stores to put in and then take out of the car when you drop off the food etc (I just wouldn’t leave a baby in the car unintended even if it was for 5 seconds because anything could happen.

Also if you want extra cash you can try free cash ! I’ve gotten $300 the last 3 weeks alone just by playing games and you can even cash out at $5 :) I love it! ( yes I have cashed out btw) I can send a referral code so we can both get extra points to towards your cash out if you’d like :)

@Hailey how does it work when it comes to taxes and stuff?

The paid games? You don’t have to tax them if you don’t want to, you can cash out through your PayPal or you can send it directly to your bank. (Other pay out options too). But if you do you put it under the gift option in the taxes or under the casino tax :). For the babysitting it would just be under employment taxes:)

I just started playing the mobile games though this month so I haven’t added it to my taxes yet :)
