I saw you're in NJ. Have you checked with and applied with the state's maternity leave/newborn bonding? They may be able to provide you a little longer to stay home and bond with baby, according to their leave benefits

@Stephanie not sure how it works for me since I work in NY. I think I can apply for more time through NY too. But first need to go back for the money. Didn’t get anything that makes sense through my disability benefit. And I didn’t qualify for any type of assistance. Thank you for the tip.

I was a stay at home mom. She’s 7 months old now and I don’t wanna leave my daughter also. I just got a new job so I can bring some money in. I’m only doing weekends. But even that’s gonna be hard from me as she’s only known me since she’s been born. So I’ve been trying to get her used to being apart for a few hours at a time by letting my parents watch her. As well as putting her in the nursery at church which actually helps my anxiety. She has been doing great. You can do this. We can do this.
