Me! I was due on the 25th and feel like he's in no hurry to come!
@Harriet exactly like me, I have had contractions every evening, been dilating slowly and lost mucus plug + bloody show, but then this morning everything seems to have stopped. Taking advantage of it and sleeping whilst I'm not in pain! Fingers crossed it won't be much longer for us 🤞
@Harriet don’t be disheartened 🥺 I was due 23rd and felt no symptoms at all then went into labour 24th and he was here 25th! I was convinced he’d be here second week of August at that point, but it can come on so quickly
@Terri I hope you don't have to wait much longer!! To be honest it seems that 41 weeks is the average so I keep telling myself I will only be overdue after the 41 week mark 😅
@Elvira a midwife got me excited on Friday when she examined me and was like oooh it should be this weekend and so to get to another Monday morning feel a bit deflated! You’re right though got to think positively and rest, relax and wait. Hope you get to meet your baby soon!

@Harriet I had my first at 37+4 so this is totally new territory for me. I never thought I would make it past 40 weeks but there seems to be so many people at 41+weeks that at least I am not alone if I go that far!
@Harriet yeah same with me! Had an appointment with midwife on Friday and she was very positive about it all. Totally understandable to feel deflated, I feel like that too, doesn't help that everyone keeps asking for updates everyday 😅 thank you, I hope you do too 🙏
Same, slow labour now for 1.5 weeks. Midwife examined me last Tuesday and confirmed slow labour and dilated just under 2cm. I was super excited but she examined me again on Friday and still exactly the same 😥 Into hospital tomorrow for consultant to decide whether to try induction or have c section (dodgy cervix so it's likely not working) Planning to sleep as much as I can and check my hospital bag again.... 🤞 we all see something happening soon and get to meet our babies before the end of the month!
Yep - was due on the 23rd - had intermittent contractions and other early labour signs since Thursday but nothing progressing. Feeling more now that he’s going to be an August baby but getting very impatient!
