I was prescribed birth control pill but I haven’t gotten a period yet do I have to wait for one to start the bc pills? I’m not breastfeeding

Unfortunately you’ll ovulate before you get your period. So you’ll never know tbh. My friend never got her period again because she ended up getting pregnant. But you start the bc instantly to get it started before you ovulate again. And the bc will give you your periods (mine did)
