Birth control
I started the birth control patch a week ago exactly. I've noticed since starting it my supply has seriously decreased!! I'm wondering if I should stop it immediately and then call my doctor to switch birth controls or call her first and then stop it. I had to dip into my freezer stash, thankfully I had one! Now it's almost gone and I barley make enough for my babies bottle. He eats 4 ounces every bottle and I'm only getting about an ounce now when I used to be getting 6 to 8 ounces.

@sandra I definitely stopped it about 3 days ago and won't be going back on birth control. I was so proud of my supply and it makes me so sad that the doctor didn't let me know that it decreasing was a side effect. Now I'm trying everything to get it back to where it was.
@Jenna ughhh im sorry she didnt talk to u about that and honestly hormones can really do a number on women health wise . But want to wish the best of luck to get your milk supply back up

Honestly this is tuff to say but if i was you my milk supply is everything i would be crying if it lower that much nothing is more important than keeping my milk supply and their is other ways to prevent pregnancy but this is a personal decision good luck !!
