Antidepressants
Has anyone taken antidepressants and breastfed? If so, how did it make you feel and did you see any changes in your baby?
I'm supposed to start at 5mg, but I am afraid of it affecting my supply, my baby and making me too sick.
I know it's supposed to help, but I am in denial and do not want to take them. Especially is it'll affect something.

Considering as well, got them prescribed already but haven’t taken them, I don’t want it affecting my baby
I take them and know other moms that have as well. My little one is doing great, and I am an over-supplier. The best advice I got when I was worried about it, was a healthy mother makes a healthy baby, however, she does that.

I was on antidepressants my entire pregnancy and I breast-fed the first month on antidepressants. I don’t know if it really affected my supply. My best advice is start taking them and keep an eye on baby if it would affect them, it would be more in the way of them being more chill being more calm, possibly and sleeping more. And just remember, happy mom happy baby.
