I think you have to wait till your baby at least has their 1 month shots in order to send them to daycare while you work . If you have someone who’ll come to your house to watch them then 2 weeks is fine it’s really about whenever you’re ready to start working as long as you feel like your body healthy and well enough to go out and work and you mentally can handle it then you should be just fine

Don’t push yourself if you’re not ready to do it . If you can if you haven’t already for now you can apply for things like cash benefits and ebt until you feel more comfortable and Confident to return to work if that’s an option you have and are comfortable with

Awww that’s so heartbreaking to hear😢💔💔 your body deserved at least 6 weeks to rest after going through everything you went to give birth, plus these first two weeks with a newborn wouldn’t be easy either. I’m really sorry you are in this situation. DM me I haven’t got much either but maybe i could help with something. Which country are you in?

@evelyn sadly I’ve been trying but because of issues with my baby daddy they haven’t been able to approve me . And I don’t have an actual lease so that’s also caused them to deny me but we have another interview this week so fingers crossed

@Kadma I’m in the us

@evelyn and yes that’s the biggest issue is child care

@Raquel Gonzalez thanks for sharing do you work here ?? Trying to apply to Wfh job.

I say make a business at home so u can watch ur LO. Buy a camera 📷 and do photoshoots at home it’s a nice side hustle.

@Luz you normally need money to start a business and currently I can’t even pay my bills so in the end I would still have to get a job
