I usually get my benefits on the 21st of every month and I haven’t received them yet. I’ve had them for years and did my recertification a couple of months ago so I don’t understand. Is anyone having the same problem?

Have you logged in to your account? Contact your case worker tomorrow. There was a worldwide IT outage and it may have something to do with it

@Tesh my account has been locked bc I can’t get in so I usually call/go up there but it’s the weekend. I was thinking it may have been the outage but I haven’t seen any posts about it.
The outage isn’t effecting us anymore
They did the EXACT same thing to me! I had to call the supervisor last week and she just got back to me. She was genuinely kind of rude. Apparently I have to completely reapply out of nowhere??
@Victoria some of them are straight up rude!! but I’m sorry you went through that it is very frustrating 🤦🏽♀️
