@Tesh my account has been locked bc I can’t get in so I usually call/go up there but it’s the weekend. I was thinking it may have been the outage but I haven’t seen any posts about it.
The outage isn’t effecting us anymore
They did the EXACT same thing to me! I had to call the supervisor last week and she just got back to me. She was genuinely kind of rude. Apparently I have to completely reapply out of nowhere??

Recert is every 6 months- ebt worker here. Did you make sure all required verifications were submitted?
