Neighbour gift

I’m due at the beginning of November and live on the top floor of a block of flats, I want to get a little present for my neighbours each side and the ones below me to basically let them know that a baby will be here soon (give the gift a few weeks before) and to say thank you for putting up with the noise that will be coming soon at the point throughout the day and night. Does anyone have any ideas on what to give them, I don’t want it to be jokey just something nice as they’re all families
