Contraception post birth
What contraception are you going to use post birth? I’ve got my 6-8 week check next week and haven’t really thought about it. I don’t really want any a hormonal one but that doesn’t leave me with many options

I can't deal with side effects from hormonal contraceptives, I could either pile on weight non stop, end up housebound or just cry constantly 😂 I'd rather just not have sex
I think I’m going to track my ovulation and use condoms. I don’t want any more hormones in my body. I have been on the pill for years:
