If you want more kids the pill might be best. You can only be on the single hormone pill if you're breast feeding. The pill comes out your system pretty quickly usually so it's great for people who would like more kids. The side affects aren't always though

I had the copper IUD before I got pregnant, non hormonal and don’t have to remember to take pills etc. can’t lie the insertion really hurt but that was because my cervix had never been dilated before , have heard after birth insertion not as bad. Had my coil for 2 years and would recommend it

I have the Nuva ring!

Best thing to do is have a chat with your GP or nurse. It all depends if you are wanting to breast feed/ pump or not. They will also have a note on your records of what you have had in the past so they can advise you best on what options should be available :)

I have the nexplanon. I love it I’ve used it since I was 18 now 23. It took about a month or so for me to be able to get pregnant when I took it out. It’s good for three years and don’t have to worry about it for three years. It’s just a small plastic rod that gets put into your arm. I highly recommend.

Nuva Ring. It’s localized and doesn’t affected your mood/weight like pills.

Copper coil!Best thing ever and no hormones!
