@Monica if I find anything I’ll let you know too. One of my coworkers actually applied for a city job. Not sure exactly the name of the position but it would be working for IRS. 5 months is in person for training after training you work from home

Looking too! The only one I can recommend, IF they ever respond back, is Global contact services. You would be working from home, have to be within a 50 mile radius of NYC and pretty much are setting appointments for people under access-a-ride.
