@Larissa So weird how it affects everyone differently. My period came a week late after I placed it. How about the cramps? Are they worse for you or same?
For me, the cramps are way less than before, and I'm bleeding a lot less. I've only seemed to have one period so far though so not much to go off of. Could also be due to breastfeeding (I'm combo feeding).
I had Paragard after my first and I’m getting it again soon. Hormonal birth control affected my milk supply. I didn’t notice any changes in my period.

I'm using it and my period is completely irregular twice a month, something that had never happened before, but this could also be due to breastfeeding, so I don't know if it was the IUD that was causing this irregularity.
