Apart from what already said above, once you have your eligible items in the basked and hit £20, got to the free gift page where they list the possible gifts (we got the bin) and click on the item from there. Double check that it's shipped AND sold by Amazon, we had to click on "other options to buy" because the one sold by another seller was 1p cheaper and so the default option 😅 Then add to the cart. It should apply the discount when you go to checkout. Took us a minute to figure everything out!
I’ve been struggling with the same issue so the above comments are super helpful!! Amazon haven’t made it easy for us have they 😂
I tried and got a message saying the £20 gift has ended
I contacted customer service and they refunded the amount for the bin (the gift I chose) as it wouldn’t work for me either!
You have to make sure you have a basket worth £20 not including the free gift. Plus each item in the basket has to be SOLD by and Shipped by Amazon ONLY. It's really specific to claim your free gift. I did it by purchasing things I needed such as waterproof mattress protectors and a vtech gift set to make up the difference.
