Olivia is a cute name and you could use Olive as the nickname maybe? But Olly is a cute nickname for Olive if you don’t like the name Olivia

They don’t have to have a nickname. My eldest is called Leo, and I’ve never called him anything but Leo.

Sometimes once they’re born you naturally just give them nicknames that aren’t forced. My daughter has all kinds of nicknames some include her name some are more related to her character lol

Livvy or Liv

Olive is such a short name, it doesn't need a nickname really. Longer names make more sense to be shortened but of course you can if you want. Ollie seems most likely though it is the same length 😂
