What does this meanšŸ˜µā€šŸ’«

So Iā€™ve just taken my first ever ovulation test as me and my partner are early on in our TTC journey. The clear blue test has come back with ā€˜not at peakā€™ but when I took the test strip out thereā€™s a VVF second lineā€¦ does that mean Iā€™m likely to peak any day now or is it just not relevant at all?

Both lines have to be same colour or test line needs to be darker for ovulation, id say by this test youā€™re quite a way off at the moment but keep testing daily until you find it, it will gradually get darker about 4days pre ovulation until it finally peaks x

There typically will be a line on all ovulation tests. Itā€™s how dark it is- needs to be as dark or darker than control line. Best to test daily to see progression

Amazing Thankyou ladies šŸ„° I did think it was too early for me to be getting close!

Thatā€™s ok thereā€™s always a line there but when itā€™s very dark itā€™s peak

With ovulation tests, there is always a second line and it gets darker when you get closer to ovulation. Remember though, these clearblue tests are not like strip tests. They are not designed to be taken out and the lines be analysed. Every time I had a peak on these tests the line was not as dark or darker than the control line as they work differently. Go by the symbol that shows up and ignore the lines

@Bethan Thankyou! It said it eject it after so I did that and itā€™s the first one Iā€™ve done so was surprised to see strips!

Keep going with your strip tests ā€¦they should start to get darker ā€¦but you only have a slight window xx
