Income/wages

Based on our current economy, would yall say $15/hr/40hr week is doing good? 22 y/o female. Kinda considering career change or just feel like i should be doing more/ working harder but its hard with a full time schedule already and the little one

You need like 18-20/hr to survive by yourself.

I would not be able to afford general living expenses expenses. But it has a lot to do with your location and what you have to pay, that would cover rent/mortgage where I live but literally nothing else.

Even in the Midwest where it's cheapest to live, $15 wouldn't be enough on my own. 😕

Depends where you live. I live in Ontario Canada and realistically most of us need to make 25-30 a hour to survive and it has to be a two income household most times. Alot of us aren't surviving and most families are going homeless. I'm surprised that I'm still alive tbh, that's how bad survival is here

Absolutely not. Thats entry level. If you dont make 20-25 an hour how are you even surviving?

.... me and my boyfriend split everything but I mean he makes about the same that I do but I mean we're very frugal all of our bills are paid we don't live outside our means anything's broke we pretty much know how to fix it
