Honesty where do you find the time?! We have a 3 year old and a 5 month old and it honestly feels impossible 🤯 it’s been over 3 weeks now

We usually find when they are asleep on a night or nap times. Mainly night time , we have to stay up later but its worth it! X

@Megan our 5 month old is going through a mega mega clingy phase! won’t go in her next to me at all so we’re having to co sleep!

You may have to try and put her in own room / cot and try the method where you let her cry , go in settle her and keep doing that for a few nights. I did this method and it worked for us! If its affecting you both , as sex is a big part of a relationship x

@Megan yeah i’m not letting her cry haha she’s only just turned 5 months old, don’t think it’s for me doing cry it out, it’d make me too anxious

You don’t 🧐 I honestly don’t have any advice I’ve got a 3 yr old and 6 months. I can count on one hand how many times me and my partner have had sex since the youngest was born, I keep telling myself it’ll get better but even when there’s a window we are both exhausted and pass out as soon as our heads hit the pillow 😅

You are just going through a phase because babies needs come first. This won’t be forever, you will get intimate time back with your partner. One thing I can recommend is trying to be consistent with putting baby in their bed, they realise you aren’t gunna give in and sleep in their own bed. I was like you cosleeping till little one was 8 months and I had enough. Neither of us was getting good sleep and I had no evening to myself. Within a week of consistent schedule and putting him down in his bed he now sleeps 7 - 7 most nights
