LH Surge
Hi ladies. I have a surge today. I want to BD before we pick up my daughter but may have to at night. Around 6:30 am my score was 0.54 and around 10:45 am it’s 1.45 which is labeled as high and the line is dark.
We really want to conceive this time. Does it make a difference if we BD around 4 pm as opposed to 9 pm?

@Sarah I have heard it’s 8, 12 or 24 hours before you ovulate so that’s why I was wondering if we need to do it sooner if it is 8 hours.
There’s varying ideas on it but I think the usual guideline is more 12-24. And don’t forget the egg lives for 24 hours after being released so you still have some time after ovulation

No it won’t matter as the surge is roughly 24 hours before you actually ovulate anyway.i would BD today (as many times as you want to) and tomorrow
