Unexplained infertility: any answers or natural pregnancy?

Hello! We're now 3 years TTC and 1 IVF cycle done with zero results. We've been classed as unexplained, which makes it all the more frustrating! Anyone in a similar situation who managed to get pregnant naturally eventually? Or did they find out what the problem was while doing IVF? I don't know if I should give up hope or go for a second round of IVF. I'll turn 40 next year, so age is definitely playing a big role, but I see so many of my friends getting pregnant anyway that I'm just losing hope about ever getting pregnant, one way or another.

We had unexplained infertility and had completed egg retrieval for IVF. Went for FET the following month and got pregnant “naturally” during that cycle due to breakthrough ovulation. They actually cancelled the transfer due to thin lining. Didn’t know I was pregnant until my period never showed up. I didn’t trust the pregnancy tests because I had done a trigger shot to prep for the original transfer. Life can surprise you.

I have no answers! I am unexplained too. Been through 6 embryo transfers and have nothing to show for it. Sending you a hug.

3 years ttc for us to and also unexplained, failed fresh and 1 failed frozen 😔 my clinic won't do further investigations until 3 failed transfers... going through another frozen August time. But.... someone I met on this app was the same as me and got pregnant naturally not long after their 2nd failed fresh transfer. Just have to try and keep thinking that we have the parts... everything supposedly works... there is the ability to get pregnant. Which I know is super hard, and ive been in a really low mood about it too this month now I'm doing this last attempt 😔

I’m in a same-sex relationship so we don’t have the option for natural conception BUT I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility and got pregnant on my 12th IUI. I’m now trying for my 2nd and have had 6 IUIs with 1 miscarriage, so I’m going to switch to IVF.
