Yes you can. You could actually get in even more trouble depending on the quantity you have just because you crossed state lines with it as well! 🥲 while a lot of states have legalized, it’s still illegal under federal law unfortunately.

@Ashley the pen is sold where I'm from the regual thc isn't legal and what about cbd just trying to learn the internet isn't very helpful and I'm not trying to get in trouble for it
