Regular periods with PCOS

I recently got diagnosed with PCOS but I have regular periods 30-32 days like clockwork. No other symptoms other than high AMH and LH on blood work and hormonal imbalance on one of my ovaries. I have completely changed my diet for the past month. I I have cut out all processed foods, sugar, most carbohydrates and being eating really healthily. I’ve also been myo inositol, maca root and drinking spearmint tea. Does anyone have any tips for PCOS? We’ve been trying to conceive for nearly a year.

Lower stress if you can. Some people cope better with lower impact exercise because high causes cortisol spikes. Metmorphin? Lose weight, if overweight ive heard a lot of people get pregnant when on the weight loss jab

Yeah I have tried to relax more and go on 30’min walks again day; I used to be a total gym freak, especially before our wedding, so minimising that. I’ve lost 5lb in 12 days from this! Hoping it helps 🫣

@Rebecca good luck! Someone once told me it happens when you forget about it for a bit, but that is easier said than done

I took letrozole and got pregnant with the first time of taking it

Can i ask what levels your AMH and LH were please?
